A Quick Note on Confirmation Emails...
We have had a recurring issue with the communication between our warehouse and many of you, so I thought I would make a short post about how to fix this issue:
First off, you all are doing really well with the new system. The majority of orders and pick-ups are on time and in the correct format. However, sometimes there are some minor issues with an order and our warehouse volunteers need a way to communicate with you about hiccoughs along the way.
The Diaper Base already has a function that will help us do that, but it can easily be overlooked. –
IT IS REALLY IMPORTANT TO US THAT YOU OPEN THE ATTACHMENT ON THAT EMAIL!
The attachment will 2 things on it:
A copy of your order
A “Comments” box.
This “Comments” box is where our warehouse will be writing their comments to you, if there are any to be made.
Also, this will be the place that we keep track of the amount of diaper bags that your organization has out.
Your agency’s pick-up date.
