A Quick Note on Confirmation Emails...

We have had a recurring issue with the communication between our warehouse and many of you, so I thought I would make a short post about how to fix this issue:

 First off, you all are doing really well with the new system. The majority of orders and pick-ups are on time and in the correct format. However, sometimes there are some minor issues with an order and our warehouse volunteers need a way to communicate with you about hiccoughs along the way.

The Diaper Base already has a function that will help us do that, but it can easily be overlooked. –

When you get your confirmation email it should look something like this—(CLICK HERE to see email —*Note this email is for the organization Project Downtown).

IT IS REALLY IMPORTANT TO US THAT YOU OPEN THE ATTACHMENT ON THAT EMAIL!

 

The attachment will 2 things on it:

  1. A copy of your order

  2. A “Comments” box.

    • This “Comments” box is where our warehouse will be writing their comments to you, if there are any to be made.

    • Also, this will be the place that we keep track of the amount of diaper bags that your organization has out.

    • Your agency’s pick-up date.
